Our Founder, Fritz Vogel, CREA, CRS, CEI, GRI, has over 22 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, serving 11 counties in upstate New York. Fritz has been a top producing Real Estate Broker with The Prudential and was a loan officer with Source One Mortgage. Fritz is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified Environmental Inspector and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. He is a certified New York State Residential Appraiser, and maintains a NYS Real Estate Broker’s License. Fritz has a GREAT combination to know values and trends in the marketplace.
